"I can’t remember if it showed up..."
I can’t remember if it showed up late or if I just lost track of the delivery dates, but once the suit arrived, it needed a lot of work. The sleeves were off, the waist didn’t fit right, and I ended up having to pay extra for alterations almost everywhere. By the time it was actually wearable, I’d spent more than I planned. Frustrating experience overall.

The suit itself was fine, no real issues there. But the shipping was just way, way slower than expected. It showed up almost two weeks later than they said it would, which was frustrating.

The suit looked fine when I first tried it on, like it looked okay, but the fabric just felt cheaper than I thought it would for the price. The fit wasn’t bad, not bad at all, but it also wasn’t anything special. For what I paid, I think you could probably find something better somewhere else.

"Fabric felt super cheap"
It looked fine in the pictures, but once it showed up I was let down. The fabric feels really thin and scratchy, and it started wrinkling almost right away. It doesnt seem like something thatll hold up for long. For the price, I expected better

"Ended Up Being More Stress Than It Was Worth"
At first glance the suit looked okay, but once I actually tried it on I noticed the fabric felt really thin and the stitching was messy in a few spots. I wasn’t expecting to have to worry about quality issues, so it just added unnecessary stress when I needed something that was ready to wear. For the price, it didn’t really feel worth it.

"Not gonna lie, the wedding party suits were a mess"
Not gonna lie, this was frustrating. The groomsmen’s suit orders got mixed up, and it felt like nobody was willing to step in and actually fix the issue. Definitely added unnecessary stress before the wedding.

This whole refund thing just felt really off. I kept waiting and checking, but the money never seemed to come through. It’s hard to explain, but it left me with a bad feeling about the whole experience.

The jacket fit okay, but the pants were tighter than I expected... like, I checked the size chart and thought they’d be fine, but they definitely ran a bit small on me.

"Not enough variety in the styles"
I went in hoping to find a suit with a slightly more modern fit, maybe something with a cleaner taper or a color that wasn’t the usual navy-gray-black lineup. But after flipping through the racks, everything started to blur together. Even the lapels and button placements felt almost identical, which I know is a small thing, but it stood out to me.
If you just need a basic, plain suit, it might be totally fine. For me, though, the selection felt too limited, and I couldn’t find anything with even a little bit of personality. I checked a few sizes and styles, then ended up giving up quickly.

"Decent Suit, But Getting Help Took a While"
I ordered a suit the suit itself turned out fine. Nothing amazing, but it did the job. The frustrating part started when I had a couple of basic questions after ordering. I figured I’d get a quick reply, but days went by with no real answer. I ended up sending follow-up emails just to get the information I needed, which made the whole experience feel more stressful than it should have been. It wasn’t a total disaster, but the slow customer service definitely took away from the purchase.

"Not sure the prices are really worth it"
I was browsing Men Suits looking for a suit, i’m not totally sure the prices are as good as I expected. A few things seemed okay, but then I noticed similar suits on other sites for less. It’s not like the prices are awful or anything, I just didn’t really feel like I was getting a great deal.

To be fair, the suit did look decent when it arrived, but the sizing was definitely off for me. Delivery also took longer than I expected, and support was slow to get back, which made the whole thing a bit frustrating. Overall, not the best experience.

"Packaging felt suspiciously careless"
The suit itself might have had a chance, but the way it arrived was just ridiculous. It was shoved into this thin little box like someone was trying to see how badly they could crush it before it got to me. For what I paid, I expected way better packaging, not some mystery warehouse experiment. I had to steam it right away, and even after that it still looked kind of messy. Not saying they’re doing it on purpose, but it definitely felt like corners were being cut somewhere. Annoying first impression.

"Exchange was more of a hassle than I expected"
The suit itself was fine, but the exchange process for a different size ended up being frustrating. It felt slower than it needed to be, and I had to reach out myself just to figure out what was happening. The updates I got weren’t very clear either, so I was kind of left guessing along the way. It wasn’t a total disaster, but i expected swapping sizes to be much easier. By the end, I just felt disappointed and a little worn out by the whole thing.

"Delivery was just a mess"
My order took way longer than they said it would, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I basically had to chase it down myself. The suit finally showed up, but it was just too late for my event, so yeah, I won’t be ordering again...

"I ordered a suit because the website clearly..."
I ordered a suit because the website clearly showed my size was available, so I figured I was all set. Then a few days later, I got an email saying it was actually out of stock. it felt careless, especially because I needed it for an event and had already planned around it.
They did offer me another option, but it wasn’t the suit I chose, and by then the timing was already thrown off. If the inventory isn’t accurate, that should be fixed instead of letting people place orders that can’t be fulfilled. I wouldn’t order from them again if I needed something by a certain date.
